对于锁定到参考频率的高频石英晶体振荡器,如GPS铷-或正常铯,PLL环路带宽以上频率范围内的相位噪声(PN)为特别重要的是,相位噪声由锁定的振荡器决定,而不是由参考信号。
有源晶振,新型100MHz OCXOs-O-30-ULPN-100m–提供优于-185 dBc/Hz的“噪底” 偏移100kHz时。偏移10kHz时,相位噪声已经优于-180 dBc/Hz,接近O-30-ULPN-100M载波具有非常好的性能,在100Hz偏移时为-135dBc/Hz 。
